Behind HUNAR Punjab’s Digital Milestone: The Dedicated NIC Punjab Division 6 Team
Chandigarh, October 13, 2026: The successful launch of the HUNAR Punjab portal reflects the sustained efforts, technical expertise and teamwork of the NIC Punjab Division 6 team, which worked to bring the statewide digital platform to life.
Mr Anil Dogra, Mr Sanjeev, Mr Kashif, Mr Gurtaran, Mr Harmeet, Mr Tushar and Mr Harbans played key roles in taking the portal live within a short span. Their collective efforts have helped establish a digital platform with reach across Punjab.
The portal has already onboarded more than 1,750 institutions across the state, bringing Training and Placement Officers (TPOs), faculty members and thousands of students under one digital ecosystem.
HUNAR Punjab is designed to strengthen connections between educational institutions, students and industry, while supporting access to skill development, training and employment opportunities.
The launch marks an important milestone for the initiative and highlights the contribution of the NIC Division 6 team in delivering a digital solution with statewide reach.
