In a social media post, Joshi called upon citizens to recognise the transformative power of education and renew their commitment to ensuring that no person is left behind in the journey of learning.

Education as the Foundation of Viksit Bharat

The Education Minister said that literacy is not only about the ability to read and write but also plays an important role in empowering people and creating opportunities for a better life.

He urged citizens to support efforts that make learning more accessible and inclusive, particularly for those who remain outside the education system.

Joshi said that an educated and empowered citizenry is the strongest foundation for building a Viksit Bharat. His message on International Literacy Day underlined the need for collective efforts to ensure that the benefits of education reach everyone.
