Punjab BJP Mission 117: BJP to Contest All 117 Assembly Seats

The Bharatiya Janata Party has intensified its organisational and electoral preparations in Punjab, setting its sights on all 117 Assembly constituencies in the upcoming state elections.

BJP National General Secretary (Organisation) BL Santosh announced the party's target during a regional organisational meeting in Patiala. He said Punjab is ready for change and that the BJP is committed to making that change a reality.

BL Santosh Holds Meetings in Patiala and Bathinda

BL Santosh is on a two-day organisational visit to Punjab. He was welcomed at Mohali Airport by state BJP president Kewal Singh Dhillon and co-in-charge Narendra Singh Raina.

During his visit, Santosh is holding regional meetings with BJP leaders and organisational office-bearers across different parts of Punjab. The meetings are focused on reviewing the party's organisational strength and preparations for the upcoming Assembly elections.

Santosh chaired organisational meetings in Patiala and Bathinda, where strengthening the party structure at the grassroots level remained a key focus.

Regional Meetings Scheduled for August 25

The BJP's organisational meetings will continue on August 25, with regional meetings scheduled in Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Amritsar.

A separate meeting with the state general secretaries is also proposed in Amritsar. The meetings are expected to focus on election preparedness, organisational expansion and strengthening the party's booth-level network.

BJP Focuses on Booth-Level Organisation

Strengthening the organisation at the booth level is one of the BJP's major priorities in Punjab. The party is working to activate its workers at the grassroots level and improve its organisational presence across all Assembly constituencies.

The BJP is also focusing on communicating its policies and the achievements of the Narendra Modi-led Central Government to the people of Punjab.

BJP Eyes Majority Government in Punjab

Under Punjab BJP Mission 117, the party aims not only to contest every Assembly seat but also to form a government with a full majority.

The strategy represents a significant organisational push by the BJP in Punjab. Over the coming weeks and months, the party is expected to intensify its booth-level activities, regional meetings and outreach programmes as it prepares for the Assembly elections.
