Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini launches Startup Haryana Seva Sankalp across 23 districts to connect entrepreneurs with mentorship, funding and investors.

Startup Haryana Seva Sankalp: Three-Month Entrepreneurship Programme Across 23 Districts

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched Startup Haryana Seva Sankalp – Vichaar Se Vistaar Tak at Kurukshetra University. The three-month statewide programme will cover all 23 districts and aims to identify, nurture and accelerate entrepreneurial talent among youth, startups and aspiring entrepreneurs.

The initiative aims to engage more than 3 lakh aspiring entrepreneurs and startups through district-level ideathons, masterclasses, mentorship and pitchathons. From this pipeline, 50 high-potential finalists will be selected, with the top 10 participants receiving awards.

The programme is designed to expand Haryana’s startup ecosystem beyond established hubs such as Gurugram and Faridabad and provide opportunities to innovators from smaller towns, universities, colleges and districts.

Participants will get access to mentors, investors, grants, incubation facilities and government support. The final stage will have two tracks. The top five growth-stage startups will receive awards of ₹15 lakh, ₹12 lakh, ₹10 lakh, ₹7.5 lakh and ₹5 lakh, respectively. The top five aspiring entrepreneurs and grassroots innovators will receive awards ranging from ₹5 lakh to ₹1 lakh.

During the launch, Letters of Intent were handed over for setting up two new incubators. Agreements were also signed with Zoho Corporation and Paytm Payments to strengthen Haryana’s startup ecosystem. The Chief Minister also distributed seed-funding cheques to 11 startups under the Haryana State Startup Policy 2022.
