Dr Gurpreet Kaur Mann Sends Legal Notice to Sukhpal Khaira, Bikram Majithia
Chandigarh: Dr Gurpreet Kaur Mann, wife of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, has sent a legal notice to Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira and Bikram Singh Majithia through advocate Ginneejit Malhotra.
According to the notice, allegations have been made that Khaira published and circulated allegedly false, defamatory and objectionable content related to Dr Gurpreet Kaur Mann on social media platforms, including graphic posters and videos.
24-Hour Deadline Given
The legal notice reportedly asks Sukhpal Singh Khaira to remove and withdraw the alleged objectionable posts, graphics, tweets, reels, CCTV footage, audio clips and other related material from his social media accounts within 24 hours.
The notice also seeks an undertaking that such content will not be reproduced or circulated again.
In addition, Dr Gurpreet Kaur Mann has sought a written and public unconditional apology over the alleged content.
The notice has been issued through advocate Ginneejit Malhotra.
